The EVT2432 mmW MIMO-ANTENNA is a wide band reference AiP (Antenna-in-Package) with stable gain over the range 24 GHz to 32 GHz. The patch is connected through surface mount connectors SMPM – (male) in a 5mm XY grid for plug and play approach. It can be used as a single reference antenna or in an array configuration with 5mm baseline pitch. Smaller pitch can be provided on demand. The AiP module is implemented on a 0.8mm Rogers laminate and is reenforced with an aluminum base plate machined with a mechanism to withstand the high engage and disengage forces. The top of the antenna has radiation absorbing material.
